Day 1: Introduction to OS X operating system, use of standard applications on OS X, basic troubleshooting steps

Day 2: Installation and management of the OS X operating system, detailed troubleshooting steps, installation of the Microsoft Windows operating system on Macintosh computers, device backup scenarios

Day 3 and 4: Introduction to iOS operating system, use of standard applications on iOS, basic troubleshooting steps, use of iCloud services.

Day 5 Remote management of devices with iOS and OS X operating systems with Apple Configurator and 3rd party mobile device management tools
